Working 9-5

I am starting a new job on Monday, and it's slightly more corporate than the glossy magazine halls I have grown accustomed to during my working years. So, my focus of late has been on pulling together a corporate, yet still casual and cool, workwear wardrobe.

Inspired by some gorgeous girls on various street style blogs and top picks from the latest mags, I've come up with the following three looks... perhaps this work wardrobe thing isn't too bad after all!

Naturally Beautiful

Holistic health expert, and the brains behind eco-friendly beauty brand Be Genki, Samantha Sample, knows a thing or two about living a well-balanced life and is spreading the word through her new website, Be Naturallyou.

It's a one-stop wellbeing portal, which features interviews with naturally beautiful women from around the world, an organic brand directory, a list of natural ingredients that help to promote beautiful skin, delicious and wholesome recipes, and more.

We're also loving the spa retreats reviews, although feeling very envious of the writers!

A new look for Mylookbook

Fans of online fashion glossy mylookbook will today discover the exciting new format, and revamped design, editor Krista Eppelstun has been hard at work at over the past couple of months. Now delivering each new issue quarterly rather than monthly, the mag has returned to its roots by providing pages and pages of gorgeous images – new season collections, celeb and blogger style inspiration, accessories, and more in an easy-to-use click and buy format.

And in place of the wordy fashion news, interviews and beauty features, daily blog posts are now delivered on the new-look mylookbook.com.au site so you have access to news and inspiration as it happens.

Outfit Envy

I am totally not a winter person. At all. But this outfit post from Rumi Neely has me yearning for the opportunity to venture out in exactly this.

The coat! The bag! The boots! Amazing.

Beautiful lips make a real difference

I love Napoleon Perdis Auto Pilot Lip Service for many reasons, it's probably my only beauty must-have, but I know love it even more since finding out that since February 2010, the beauties behind Napoleon Perdis have been donating all net profits from sales of this lip balm gem to an extremely worthy cause.

Every year in Australia around 1500 women in Australia will be diagnosed with ovarian cancer and more than 850 will die from the disease. It is a silent killer, and unfortunately around 75 per cent of women will be diagnosed at advanced stage when it is difficult to treat successfully. Teaming with Ovarian Cancer Australia, Napoleon Perdis donated all net proceeds form the sales of their DeVine Goddess lip stick in Hara in 2008 and are once again helping to make a difference with the Auto Pilot Lip Service.

On top of this, they will be hosting a special in-store "Make Me Over Day" on February 18. For one day only, customers can book in a makeover for $40 (usually $80), with $20 donated to the charity.

Get behind this beautifully worthy cause today. Call 1300 MAKEUP or go to www.napoleonperdis.com to find your nearest store, or click here to buy the Auto Pilot Lip Service online today.
